Key accreditation dates

If you are a diagnostic imaging service provider, your service should hold either accreditation under Stage I of the Scheme, or deemed accreditation under Stage II of the Scheme.

The key accreditation dates are as follows:

• 30 June 2011: Due date for practices with deemed accreditation to be accredited against the Entry Level or Full Suite of Standards (see Stage II Deemed Accreditation Service Provider fact sheet in related materials below)
• 30 June 2012: Due date for Stage I accredited practices to be accredited against the Full Suite of Standards (see Stage I Service Provider fact sheet in related materials below)
