Pathways to accreditation

Your pathway to accreditation will vary depending on the particular circumstances of your service.

From the list below, identify the circumstances which apply to your service and select the link for more information:

1. My service is currently accredited under the Stage I Scheme (see Stage I Service Provider fact sheet in related materials below)
2. My service holds deemed accreditation under the Stage II Scheme (see Stage II Deemed Accreditation Service Provider fact sheet in related materials below)
3. My service is applying for diagnostic imaging accreditation for the first time (see New Diagnostic Imaging Service Provider fact sheet in related materials below)
4. My service was previously accredited under Stage I or II and now wishes to re-establish Medicare eligibility (see Previous Service Provider Accredited fact sheet in related materials below)
