AGPAL Practice Awards

AGPAL seeks to recognise and reward quality in general practice by honouring exceptional achievements which have improved the delivery of safety and quality in health care.

Online applications are now closed for the:

1. AGPAL Quality Innovation Award
2. AGPAL Consumer Involvement Award

If your practice has introduced an innovative solution and/or has increased consumer involvement which has improved the delivery of safe, high quality care within your practice or you would like to nominate a practice, AGPAL would like to hear from you.

Nominations are now open to all AGPAL accredited general practices, medical deputising services, after hour services, royal flying doctor services and Aboriginal medical services.

All nominations will be judged by an independent panel of industry experts. For full details of eligibility criteria, application process and awards criteria can be downloaded below.

The winning practice for each award will be announced during QIP and AGPAL's 5th International Conference in Health Care – Quality Around the World to be held at the Sofitel Melbourne On Collins from 20-22 May 2010. The names of the three finalist practices for each award will be announced by the 30 April 2010.
