This is the new electronic system of accreditation that is saving practices time! QIP/AGPAL are the first general practice accreditation providers in Australia to develop an electronic application which takes the time and paperwork out of the accreditation process! Practices who accredit with QIP/AGPAL have access to AccreditationPro at no extra cost.

QBAY

Qbay is a premier library of resources unique to QIP/AGPAL. These resources are only available to AGPAL registered and accredited practices, divisions and surveyors. Over 500 information sheets, templates and helpful tips have been developed by our staff specifically for our practices. Qbay is instrumental in supporting practices through self assessment and the accreditation process. No other accreditation provider in Australia has an equivalent service.

National Workshop Series

QIP/AGPAL offers Australia's most comprehensive face to face national workshop series. Every year, QIP/AGPAL staff partner with our members to deliver high quality accreditation training for primary care professionals. We travel to over 30 locations every year to offer training in both rural and urban centres. In 2006 we presented to over 1300 delegates around Australia! For more information click here.

Quality News Magazine

Quality News provides accredited practices, surveyors and divisions with the latest in accreditation and standards news, hot topics in quality, and technical articles. Quality News also keeps our practices up to date with the latest in services from our quality partners and members, accreditation news and provides a lighthearted regular column, Gidget Moans. It is read by over 7000 health care professionals.

Email Bulletins

QIP/AGPAL provides monthly e-bulletins to over 6000 stakeholders. These bulletins are a great way to keep practices up to date and abreast of all the latest developments in regard to accreditation.

Policy and Procedures Manual

The Policy and Procedure Manual is designed to provide a basic framework for your practice against the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Standards for general practices 3rd edition and contains useful instructions on issues such as employment principles, occupational health and safety, administration and information technology. The manual is a key resource when preparing for your accreditation. The Policy and Procedure Manual is available online.

Surveyor Team Australia Wide

QIP/AGPAL has a dedicated team of over 200 surveyors who travel nationally to assess practices. As peers within the profession our surveyors add enormous value to the accreditation process. They offer unique insights into best practice against the standards from which they are assessing and learnings from their own professional experience.
