Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Standards

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Standards for general practices 4th edition are developed and owned by the RACGP .  In development of the Standards, the RACGP seeks industry and public consultation and has a National Expert Committee on Standards for general practices.

The 4th edition consists of 15 Standards which have related Criterion and Indicators. A number of indicators are flagged, which means it is mandatory to achieve these for accreditation.
