Join our free webinars: the NDIS audit process explained

QIP has been working with disability service providers across Australia to help them achieve verification and certification against the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.

We know that understanding and navigating the complete NDIS registration process can be challenging.

That’s why we’re offering free one-hour webinars to help service providers better understand and prepare for their verification or certification audit.

Verification audits apply to service providers – including bodies corporate or companies – that deliver relatively lower risk/lower complexity supports and services.

Certification audits apply to service providers that deliver more complex and/or higher risk supports and services.

QIP’s Manager, Accreditation Services, Tegan Kissane will be presenting the webinars. She has more than a decade’s experience in the human services sector and has supported the rollout of the NDIS in parts of Australia.

Tegan has an in-depth understanding of all things NDIS and what the scheme and audit process means for disability service providers of all size, type and scope.

Our webinars will focus on queries and issues that have been popping up during our interactions with clients and other NDIS stakeholders – including those about the recently announced changes to the NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules.

The webinars will give you an in-depth insight into what to expect during either a verification or certification audit, how to best prepare, evidence requirements, as well as the short-term costs and long-term benefits of NDIS registration.

We’ll leave plenty of time for questions and answers during both webinars.
