Spirometry training course accreditation

Registration requirements for Spirometry Training Courses

Registration requirements for Spirometry Training Courses

The DNRME has introduced a registration process for spirometry training courses that achieve QIP accreditation. Both full courses and refresher courses can receive accreditation.

To achieve accreditation, spirometry training courses must meet the (TSANZ) Standards for Spirometry Training Courses.  Training providers are also required to meet additional quality standards relating to the organisation to ensure the delivery of quality training and assessment services.

Training providers that achieve accreditation are eligible for registration with the DNRME, provided they comply with the DNRME terms and conditions of registration.
