Change Day 2016 Pledge

Change Day, Wednesday 16 March 2016, is a day where members of health and community care across Australia are encouraged to make a pledge to do one thing to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals; communities and the Australian health and community care system as a whole.

The AGPAL Group of Companies share and support this vision, proudly remaining an official partner of Change Day since 2014, and for the third year running have made a pledge in support this quality improvement campaign.

About the AGPAL Group of Companies 2016 Change Day Pledge:

Clinicians, administrators and support staff across the Australian health and community care system are instrumental to the success of health system performance.

Recognising the role this workforce plays in contributing to improved health outcomes and enhanced patient experiences – which has also been identified in a world-renowned framework known as the Quadruple Aim – the AGPAL Group of Companies 2016 Change Day pledge for 2016 is to contribute to actions that improve the work life of those in the health, community and human services sectors.

To support our 2016 Change Day pledge, the AGPAL Group will:

  • Invest in innovative solutions and resources that improve workflow and therefore staff engagement in the implementation of quality improvements across the health, community and human services industries
  • Promote the Quadruple Aim at our 2016 Conference to raise awareness of this framework amongst our clients and industry associates, equipping them with strategies, tips and tools which support the needs of their health and community care workers
  • Recognise the role our staff play within the Australian health, community and human services sectors by implementing an internal organisational performance framework that supports individual growth and development
