Continuous quality improvement with the goal of becoming a high-performing health or community service organisation involves ongoing learning for both management and staff. QIP provides a range of education and training opportunities to support organisations during their accreditation journey.
As a not-for-profit organisation, supporting health and community service providers to improve the quality of their organisation is important to us – it’s our reason for being. We also recognise the significant role peak body organisations and government departments play in assisting health and community service providers, and therefore work in partnership to deliver education and training while sharing resources and industry knowledge.
Complimentary Education and Training
QIP clients have access to a number of complimentary benefits to support and educate their teams on the accreditation process, the specific Standards, evidence requirements and quality improvement.
QIP’s online education and resource library, known as QbAY, contains factsheets, customisable templates, checklists, posters, communications and e-Learning modules which help our clients, and other key organisations, to expand their knowledge of accreditation and implement quality improvements. As a QIP client, you can access QbAY by logging in to your QIP accreditation hub and selecting ‘EDUCATION & RESOURCES (QbAY)’ from the top navigation bar.
This section of your accreditation hub contains information which spans across all areas of health and community services, supporting you to identify opportunities for quality improvement and enhance your knowledge of evidence requirements, as well as tips to help you prepare for your self-assessment and on-site accreditation assessment.
Our team of education and training specialists is enhancing our offerings with the development of e-learning modules, webinars, and podcasts.
